Twinkle Starship

Twinkle Starship is a board game for 3–4 players. It plays in 30–50 minutes and is meant for ages 9 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 4.

Players compete in a spaceship-race themed trick-taking game for three to four people. Cards show digits in a seven-segment style and players hold small segment sticks that can be added to cards to change their numeric value before play. Tricks resolve under a must-follow format with a fixed trump suit. Each player’s unused segment sticks determine their bid; scoring occurs only when the number of tricks won equals the number of sticks remaining, with additional points for segment pieces played in those tricks. A misère option lets a player score by taking no tricks and using all segments.
