Fritanga

Players take the role of pieces of food trying to survive on a grid-based fryer as spaces are revealed and removed. Each turn has two phases: play any number of hand cards to alter the board or affect opponents, then move 1–2 spaces across the fryer. When a piece cannot move it falls into the oil and is eliminated. The setup uses cards to form the fryer grid; landing on a card reveals its effect or lets a player claim it for later use. The game supports free-for-all, asymmetric “chef versus diners,” and two-team modes, each with variant card sets to change the experience.
