A campaign for Delta Green follows a group of Agents from a deadly 2001 operation through nearly twenty years of investigations, consequences, and escalating supernatural horror. The Agents join the official Program, confront survivors transformed into monsters, and investigate threats connected to their past actions. Across linked scenarios set from 2001 to 2020, an inhuman force that feeds on unnatural death uses the Agents as instruments in its hunt. The campaign culminates during a global plague, as the Agents trace the history of their curse and face the powers behind it.
