This Game Master’s reference covers the rules and tools needed to create and run campaigns across any setting. It includes physical feats, combat, vehicles and technology, animals and monsters, world design, and guidance for managing play. Tool kit chapters support the creation of new creatures, character abilities, artifacts, player-character races, and entire game worlds. The Infinite Worlds setting provides a framework for timeline-hopping, alternate histories, and cross-genre campaigns, while remaining optional. This is the second volume of the Fourth Edition core set; the first volume provides the rules needed to play.
