Intriguing NPCs #1

This fantasy roleplaying supplement introduces intrigue, espionage, spying, and spy-hunting to an ongoing campaign. It presents two NPCs involved in secret missions: a young heir to a throne living in hiding and a disgraced mage seeking justice. Each NPC includes their history, current situation, goals, quirks, and advice for adapting them as a resource, traveling companion, patron, or enemy. The supplement also provides possible introductions, missions, and character quotes, along with guidance for incorporating intrigue into a campaign.
