Lords of Vegas

Players act as rival developers building and expanding casinos along a six-area city board. On a turn, a card reveals a lot (with a color and die value) that players build by paying money, placing a matching-value die and a colored casino tile; adjoining tiles of the same color form a single casino. Casinos score money per lot and points to the casino’s owner; the boss is the player with the highest-value die in that casino. Players expand, merge, trade lots and money, or gamble in opponents’ casinos to shift control and profit. Victory goes to the player with the most points from owning the most profitable, boss-controlled casinos.
