A 40+ page roleplaying supplement focused on Welshen culture, lore, and character options. It introduces five archetypes, two prestige classes, five lesser clans, and three Qu’em schools, along with guidance for building clan members and exploring Qu’em sojourns. The book also includes new feats, campaign traits, weapons, necrotech, war tokens, and a new use for Appraise. Sections cover death, women, economics, homefleets, honor duels, weapon taboos, renegade Qu’em, and the Welshen’s origins on Earth.
