Ruins (fan expansion for 7 Wonders)

Civilizations begin in decline, forcing players to overcome new obstacles while building their Wonders. At the start of the game, each player drafts four Ruins cards and puts three into play before constructing any other buildings. These cards impose penalties on certain colors, symbols, or card arrangements, increase construction costs, or destroy buildings. Players must adapt their strategies, exploit rival setbacks, and rebuild their empires amid the ruins.
