Slave Tribes

This Dark Sun accessory explores the ex-slave tribes that survive in the bone-dry wastes of Athas, beyond the control of the sorcerer-kings. It details prominent tribes of the Tyr region, including their origins, organization, and methods of survival, and expands campaigns into the desert beyond the city-states. Dungeon Masters receive guidance for creating new tribes, while players find rules and ideas for forming tribes when their characters escape slavery. The material introduces raiders, settlements, and other challenges of life in Athas’s unforgiving wilderness.
