The Fortress, once on the edge of civilization, now hosts a week of festivities and trade. As the Monarch lies dying from a slow-acting poison, a powerful antidote is believed to have been mixed into deliveries sent to the city’s many taverns. With the city guard stripped of its authority during the Chaos Festivities, players search the taverns for the missing antidote while pursuing the traitor responsible. Returning it to the Monarch earns a share of treasure and a barony in the frontier lands, while the culprit faces execution.
