Amazonis has energy bonuses, wild resource bonuses that provide any standard resource, and delegate bonuses that let you place delegates for free from the Reserve when playing with Turmoil. Yes. Neither map has the Noctis region, so Noctis City may be placed without its usual placement restriction. (Rulebook, p. 1)

The frozen carbon dioxide there is released, increasing the temperature one step, but placing the tile costs you 4 M€. (Rulebook, p. 1)

On Amazonis, delegate bonuses let you place delegates for free from the Reserve. On Vastitas Borealis, the Viking 1 and Viking 2 landing sites provide the same bonus; ignore these bonuses if you are not playing with Turmoil. (Rulebook, p. 1)

Claim it when you have 3 tiles on or adjacent to volcanic areas. Any tile covering a volcanic area may be marked with a gold cube until the milestone is claimed. (Rulebook, p. 1)
