A frozen frontier world in the Clement Sector is governed by a newly installed military dictatorship. Characters may support the regime, work to overthrow it, or bypass its restrictions through smuggling and other criminal activity. The setting includes descriptions and maps of the system and planet, subsector data, and political, legal, and cultural details for integrating it into a Traveller campaign. Adventure hooks involve the snowy surface, the explosive Mount Rudolph, and the possibility that a seemingly minor protest could spark a revolution.
