Ants
Manage a growing ant colony through cycles of digging, exploring, and foraging to expand the nest and secure resources. On a turn, take one of six main actions—Dig, Explore, Gather, Incubate, Play Cards, or Defeat Enemies—and spend specialized ants (1–4) to determine the action’s strength. Place room tiles to build nest areas, reveal hexagonal garden tiles to find resources and foes, and deploy gatherers to form continuous supply networks. Track the colony life cycle across eggs, larvae, and adult ants with specializations for diggers, explorers, and gatherers; incubate to produce ants, complete enterprises, and feed larvae. Score by completing nest areas, controlling territory, growing population, and defeating enemies.

Praxy5,0 Not convinced after 1 game at 3 players. The game drag on for so long, mainly because players keep looking for the rule book to understand what the millions of icons means. There is also too much luck involved as we need special tags to play cards and beat monsters, which we may never get. There is a small number of card we can choose (only 3 in the river for a given action). Tags should be used like in terraforming mars, to give bonuses, not being mandatory to play.
