Cthulhu Realms

Players compete to drive opponents into madness or retain the most sanity when the draw deck is exhausted. Each player begins with a small starter deck of initiates, goons and followers and uses a shared row of available cards to acquire new cards into their deck. On a turn, five-card hands are played to deploy locations, gain conjuring power, bolster or attack sanity, and remove cards from the game; locations grant ongoing abilities that can be used once per turn. Played entities and artifacts are discarded at turn end, and players eliminated when their sanity reaches zero. The last sane player, or the player with the highest sanity when the deck runs out, wins.

Deck Building Game with Cthulhu theme. It's pretty similar to Star Realms. As fast and as intuitive as his brother, but a little more deep and with an amazing artwork. I prefere this one for playing with gamers.
