Players lay street tiles to build a shared city, placing buildings and zoning blocks to attract different crowds and commercial activity. Each building has a simple valuation rule that pays its owner when a street is scored, with value modified by neighboring buildings and the types of people drawn to the street (hipsters, families, shoppers, tourists). People move along completed streets to buildings that match their preferences, creating shifting demand that players exploit by investing, positioning, and timing their developments. Limited funds force careful planning and opportunistic play; optional modules introduce asymmetric powers and additional strategic choices.
