Assume the role of a Mentapol, a thought policeman working for the single-party state and compete to expand party control over London. Each turn players allocate resources to distribute propaganda, spread disinformation, and manipulate population support while monitoring rivals’ actions. Objectives and events award Victory Points; players who outmaneuver opponents accumulate the most influence. If a particular dissident reaches sanctuary, severe penalties follow. Game play centers on area influence, tactical placement of propaganda, and direct competition with other Mentapols as players balance short-term gains against the risk of reprisals.
