Confusion: Espionage and Deception in the Cold War
A two-player abstract with a heavy deduction element set against a Cold War spy theme. Players cannot see how their own pieces move; each turn they attempt moves to learn piece abilities while the opponent can observe those capabilities. Players use deduction and movement to capture a neutral briefcase placed at the board center and then carry or escort it to the opponent’s side of the board to score. Hidden identities and a possible double agent among a player’s forces add uncertainty as players balance probing moves, tactical positioning, and inference to outmaneuver the opponent.

Garfield6,0 38 Not quite sure if I like it or not. The idea is great. But the start is very boring, trying to move your pieces, no clue what you can do and what not. After 3 plays I must say that the start is really annoying. You make the movements that let you cross the most possibilities. As I remember correctly thats moving 2 spaces forward. NETes5,9 Me esperaba en este Confusion un juego más sesudo y táctico pero ha resultado un juego muy entretenido de partidas rápidas que incluso tiene algo de bluff que lo hace hasta emocionante. La mecánica del juego es muy original, donde no ves como se mueven tus fichas y sí las del contrincante.
