Drakkar Tum Tum

Players act as a viking crew rowing a longship and keeping a steady chant to mark the rhythm of play. On each third beat the active player must play a card onto one of the ship’s slots and draw a replacement; certain cards alter the number of beats required, speeding or slowing the rotation of turns. Hazard cards reduce the chant count and three hazards end the game unless covered by specific cards, while action cards can change turn order or manipulate play. Island cards contribute to a collective objective: uncovering three islands and exhausting the draw pile wins the game. Playing or drawing out of rhythm, or any player running out of cards, causes an immediate loss.
