A two-player civ-lite simulation of the early conflict between the rival Greek leagues. Players build population and prestige while managing supply lines and access to five market routes that provide goods from controlled territories. On each turn players collect goods from territories with supporting population and must allocate food to sustain that population. Actions include military moves to capture territories and besiege poleis, diplomatic efforts to persuade neutral cities to join a league, and sponsoring public projects to earn prestige required for further operations. Victory is determined by which empire has the most combined population and prestige at game end.
