No. Assign each die to an operable car that has not previously moved this round. If no such car is available, you may assign a die to coast with an operable car you already moved; a car may coast at most twice per round, and you cannot coast while an unmoved operable car is available (p. 8).

You must move the full amount unless an effect makes you lose moves. Cars normally move only into one of the three spaces in their front arc; entering another road vehicle ends the movement and triggers a slam (p. 9).

No. Shooting is skipped during the first round because the guns are not online yet, and choppers cannot be targeted by shooting. You may shoot cars, including your own cars and wrecks, if they are in the shooter’s front arc (p. 10).

A car may pass through a chopper’s space, but it is eliminated if it ends a turn there—even if the chopper is yours. This also applies when the car ends there because of a slam or damage effect (pp. 6–7).

When a car moves off the front of the lead tile, the rear tile is removed unless it is the final tile; all cars on the removed rear tile are eliminated, and the remaining tiles shift backward as a new lead tile is added. If the moving car has remaining moves, it continues on the new tile (p. 11).
