Arrakis: Dawn of the Fremen

Players lead rival Fremen tribes vying for survival and dominance on Arrakis, harvesting scarce resources, building sietches and weapons, and riding sandworms into combat. Play proceeds through an opening positioning phase, an initial restricted cycle, and repeating cycles made up of action and resolution phases. Players maneuver units, develop infrastructure, and contest control of sietches; victory comes either by holding the required number of sietches after an action phase or by a unanimous council recognition that a player is inevitable. The game emphasizes resource management, tactical conflict, and long-term planning across multiple generations.
