Avignon: A Clash of Popes

Two players are rival candidates for Pope in the 14th century, each seeking to secure legitimacy and the Throne of Saint Peter. Players petition Cardinals, Nobles, Knights, and other members of the medieval Church, using their unique powers to move character cards into their congregation or toward their opponent. The first player to gather three characters in their congregation wins.
