City Chase

Police players must locate and arrest a thief hiding beneath one of the buildings, while the thief player tries to escape detection. The board features 25 buildings, with the thief secretly moving their car beneath an adjacent building while the police close their eyes. Each police helicopter then moves to an adjacent crossing or searches beneath a neighboring building. The police win by finding the thief within 11 rounds; the thief wins by remaining hidden until the end.
