Players hire staff (trainers, therapists, PR, directors), recruit players, negotiate sponsors, upgrade stadium infrastructure, and handle social media and match tactics to influence results and club development. Supports multiplayer and solo play; solo includes multiple scenarios with varied starting conditions and objectives such as climbing leagues, resolving crises, rebuilding aging squads, or completing stadium projects under time pressure.
