Enchanted Plumes

Players build magical peacocks by arranging feather cards into sparkling rows from top to bottom. Players place cards of matching colors across rows to form plumes; the top-row feather values count against the score while all lower-row feathers add positive value. When the peahen card is revealed, the player with the highest-value plumes wins.
