Kodama: The Tree Spirits

Players act as caretakers for tree spirits, arranging card-based trees over three growing seasons to meet each spirit’s preferences. On a turn, players add branch cards to their tableau, balancing flowers, insects, and branch layouts while leaving space for future growth. At season end, a Kodama card scores points based on how well a player’s tree matches its requirements. The game emphasizes spatial planning, tableau building, and adapting to changing scoring conditions across multiple rounds.
