Mage: The Ascension

A modern supernatural role‑playing game set in a secret, occult shadow version of the contemporary world. Players portray mages who shape reality through belief and magical practices and navigate conflicts with rival factions, mundane authorities, and the consequences of altering consensus reality. Gameplay focuses on narrative roleplay and collaborative storytelling using a dice‑pool resolution system, with character creation emphasizing paradigms, spheres of magic, and personal belief versus responsibility to the wider world.
