Medico

Players portray medieval traveling barbers who seek to build the knowledge and reputation of a learned medicus. Each round, players secretly choose one of several destinations and reveal them in turn to perform a main action there, while also using planned routes to trigger secondary actions at waypoints. Actions include gathering rare remedies to sell at markets, delivering letters for the Church, researching healing recipes in monastic libraries, acquiring medical instruments, training apprentices, and treating city lords to gain favor. Limited rounds make planning and route selection critical, and final scoring compares achievements across recipe books, instruments, apprentices, reputation, and other categories.
