Ride the Rails

Players act as investors and builders in a growing railroad network across the United States. Each round introduces a new railroad company with its own track‑placement rules, and players place track tiles to expand routes from East to West. Passengers board and are delivered to cities along completed routes to score points, while ownership of companies also scores endgame points; players must balance building efficient routes with investing in profitable railroads. The game emphasizes route planning, timing of company introductions, and managing shared benefits from companies that multiple players use.
