Players observe a block of apartments and piece together clues from scenes visible through windows to determine whether a murder has occurred. One player acts as a silent director who communicates via window displays and gestures, while the other players deduce identities and motives from those nonverbal signs. Play proceeds over four rounds as investigators gather evidence to identify eight attributes of a potential suspect before time runs out, balancing careful observation with interpretation of ambiguous behavior.
