Shut the Box

Players roll two dice and use the total to flip down numbered tiles from a row of 1–9 (or up to 12). On each turn a player may knock down a single tile equal to the dice total or any combination of two or more tiles that adds up to that total. Play proceeds in turns until a player cannot match a roll; their score is the sum of the remaining upright tiles (or alternative scoring variants accumulate points over rounds). If a player clears every tile on their turn, they immediately end the game with a win under standard rules.
