The Murder at Cthulhu Manor

A séance in an old mansion ends with the medium found dead in the basement, and the players take on the roles of the attendees: a university professor, a painter, the chauffeur, the mansion’s owner and other guests. Players investigate the murder by sharing and withholding information, negotiating with others, and pursuing individual secret objectives while trying to deduce who among them is the killer. The game blends deduction and role-play as players gather clues, question alibis, and form temporary alliances amid local legends of supernatural influence. Play is structured for a single-case experience that emphasizes interpersonal interaction and logical reasoning.

Juego que sólo se puede jugar una vez y que necesita un grupo muy dispuesto a interpretar sus personajes y meterse en la historia. Estos juegos están bastante bien estructurados, pero necesitan que alguno de los participantes vaya marcando la secuencia de acontecimientos. Hay que tener en cuenta que el argumento se parece más una historia de los mitos de Cthulhu que a una de Agatha Christie. Teniendo todo esto en cuenta, pasas un muy buen rato y es una experiencia distinta a jugar en tablero. No aconsejo menos de 8 personas.
