A traffic-management game set in the city of Valencia. Players control districts and direct traffic through the city while balancing daytime activity with residents’ need for quiet at night. The game is played over two phases of four rounds each. In every round, players draft four district cards and assign them to actions that determine how traffic moves. Traffic in a player’s districts scores points during the first phase, but scores negatively during the second, requiring a shift from generating traffic to clearing it.
