Players explore a frontier land in search of eight Fragments of Ancient Knowledge that reveal the location of Eden, a legendary paradise. The game world is built progressively as new elements appear, requiring players to gather knowledge and sometimes negotiate with others to obtain it. Multiple outsiders pursue the same goal, and the first player to collect the required fragments and discover Eden wins.
