Bootleggers: Thug Promo

This 8-card mini-expansion adds a set of Thug cards to the bootlegging game. The cards provide additional effects, including collecting graft, increasing production, taxing influence, disrupting loaded trucks during chases, copying or redirecting influence and action cards, rerolling a die, and permanently increasing a truck’s capacity by two crates.
