Players command corps and armies, managing resources through a chit-pull system and choosing whether to pass, conduct attrition, or launch an offensive each turn. Partisans, industrial production, armor, weather, air transport, and Lend-Lease shape the campaign, while optional events introduce historical variations. The game supports two players or solitaire play, with scenarios covering Barbarossa, Fall Blau, and Kharkov-Kursk.
