Crooks: Crime Wave

This promo expansion adds six replacement cards to the crime-themed card game, introducing new gang members and effects. Racketeers modify the value of adjacent targets during scoring, while Turncoats are assigned to one of two gangs at the end of the game. If several Turncoats are present, they choose their affiliations in rank order.
