Custer's Last Stand

An old-school board wargame covering two battles of the 1876 Sioux Campaign: Rosebud Creek and Little Bighorn. Players command U.S. forces under Crook or Custer, or lead the Lakota under Crazy Horse and Sitting Bull. Each turn, players draw activation markers from an opaque container to determine which units act. Activated units move, then attack adjacent opposing units. Victory is based on eliminating enemy units and capturing terrain objectives. The game includes a double-sided mounted board, separate rules for each battle, player aids, dice, counters, and a playbook. Two players can complete a game in under two hours.
