Defenders of the Wild

Players act as organizers of an animal resistance trying to liberate a region of the Commonwood from a machine occupation. Machines erect walls, deploy mechs, and spread toxic pollution while constructing a central machine core and factory complex on former habitat. Players cooperate across faction lines to coordinate actions: fight mechs, clear pollution, breach walls, build camps, and rewild factory sites. The group wins only if all players complete their camps and infiltrate the machine core; the group loses if machine component shortages prevent resolving threats or if two defenders from the same habitat are killed.
