Place business billboard cards in binder sleeves and roll the business dice to collect income when the results match. Spend earnings on Luxuries, with the first player to own three winning the game. Businesses and Luxuries carry tax values, and a randomly triggered tax phase may force players who cannot pay to liquidate their holdings. Special action cards and events add further effects.
