Select aircraft and assemble regiments for missions across Europe, balancing pilot capabilities, aircraft strengths, and operational risks. Manage radio-electric combat, ground-controlled intercepts, and political oversight from the zampolit while carrying out campaigns spanning the 1970s to the 1990s. Aircraft, support units, targets, events, and campaign systems represent the decisions faced by Soviet air regimental commanders.
