Players assemble teams of monsters from across the horror spectrum, including vampires, zombies, and werewolves, then protect innocent characters, consume them, or pursue other scenario objectives. Gameplay emphasizes story-driven scenarios and plot twist cards alongside tactical miniatures combat. Pre-painted figures use combat dials to track changing statistics and provide supernatural powers and abilities.
