No Honor Among Thieves

Players recruit a crew of specialist thieves from a shared pool and send them on heists against guarded objectives to steal valuables. Heists resolve by matching character skills against defense cards while non-participating players play Scheme cards to complicate attempts. Cooperation between players is possible but can be broken by betrayal, which unlocks more aggressive card abilities and shifts play toward direct interference and theft between crews. The game mixes hidden opportunity, tactical crew placement, card play for outcomes, and shifting alliances as players balance risk and reward to amass the most loot.
