A streamlined, generic d20 rules system for urban and cyberpunk campaigns. It includes character creation, combat, stun shock, addiction, mental health, cyber-implant procedures, and two hacking systems: a detailed version and a simpler alternative. The manual also provides rules for creating drones and hiring mercenaries, along with equipment lists covering weapons, armor, cyberware, terminals, programs, and other gear. Enemy and NPC profiles, a three-mission introductory campaign, weapon cards, and character sheets are included.
