Orléans Stories

Players guide a band of settlers through a sequence of eras as they colonize the Loire Valley, using a refined bag-building system to manage workers and actions. They farm and produce goods, found villages, erect fortresses and churches, confront hunger and plague, and sometimes field knights to conquer foreign territories. Each era alters rules and conditions, presenting distinct challenges that require players to adapt strategies and plan for changing objectives. Two scenario books provide different campaign lengths and objectives: an eight-era epic with evolving story events, and a shorter five-era scenario focused on era-end tasks and elimination. A narrated booklet summarizes era-specific rules and offers preparation hints.
