Phasmophobia: The Board Game

Hunt ghosts across haunted locations with up to three other players. Build a randomized haunted property, equip investigative tools from the van, and enter the residence to search for cursed possessions, paranormal activity, and the ghost room. Each ghost has unique powers and a randomized evidence pool, while its actions are driven by a behavior board. Gather evidence before your sanity deteriorates and the manifestations become more dangerous. The team wins by surviving and identifying the correct ghost, but loses if everyone dies.
