Shadows over the Empire: Promo Pack

This mini-expansion adds three Distinct Personalities—Priscilla, Mother of the Empire; Azarias the Conspirator; and Aribar the Loremaster—each with a unique ability. It also includes twelve level C cards for use with the base game and a player aid explaining the rule changes introduced by some of the new cards.
