Swansong: Shadow of the Prince of Darkness

A narrative role-playing game in which players create heroes driven by personal desires and individual goals. Characters confront their egos, personal demons, and cosmic judgment before facing the Prince of Darkness, whose form depends on the unfolding story. A tarot-based resolution system shares narrative control between the players and the GM. Tactical combat uses risk, reversals of fortune, and player psychology alongside character abilities, while a yielding mechanic allows characters to withdraw from unfavorable outcomes.
