Swing States

Players compete for political influence across the states. On each turn, the active player rolls four six-sided dice and counts the results matching their party’s color as votes. Votes are spent to influence states: matching party symbols cost one vote, while opponents’ and independent symbols cost two. Already occupied states require double the usual cost, while swing states follow different rules. Players may influence as many states as their votes allow.
