Terraforming Mars: Icy Impactors Promo Card

A small promo card offering a one-time action during the winter season: pay 10 M€ (titanium allowed as payment) to add two asteroids to the board, or spend one asteroid to place an ocean tile. When placing the ocean, the first player selects the exact placement location for that tile. The card functions as a temporary resource-and-placement modifier that players can use to convert asteroids into an immediate ocean or to stockpile extra asteroids on the map.
